If you're interested in ordering a doll, it's very good idea to join my private email list if you are not already on it. You'll be notified when there are new dolls. Everything on the site is one of a kind, and is available on a first come, first served basis.

If you'd like to purchase a doll, bear or other item using PayPal, simply click on "Buy" and you'll be taken to PayPal to complete your order. I prefer PayPal; it allows me to ship without delay. I also accept US money orders and US personal checks.

If you'd like to pay by check, money order or layaway, please send me an email, being sure to include: your name, shipping address, telephone number, which doll you're interested in, and your second and third choices, if you have them. If layaway, please tell me which plan you'd like to use. Layaway is available at my discretion. Is your PayPal address different from your regular email? Please be sure to include it.

I will send you an e-mail confirmation letting you know whether the doll you'd like to adopt is available. Once confirmed available, payment is due immediately. An item is secured for you only if payment has been received. If a page says "Reserved", it means that a commitment has been made, but payment has not yet been received. You are welcome to let me know that you are interested in that doll, and would like to be contacted if something happens.

I will place something on hold for a maximum of 72 hours if you are paying by money order or check. Customers outside the US may use ONLY PayPal. Do not ask me to falsify the customs forms. You will be responsible for customs duties if you are outside the US.

Orders shipped within the Continental US are $12-$25, USPS Priority or UPS, both ways fully insured. Do you need something to arrive by a certain date? Let me know! Please contact me to determine shipping charges for international destinations. These are shipped USPS Express International Mail, fully insured, with tracking information.
 Orders will be shipped within two days after check clears or after receiving any other payment.

 All items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money will be refunded. To qualify for full refund, you must notify me within 24 hours and return item in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

All dolls and animals are intended for adult collectors and are not safe for children. Everything is one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
